I did the first reading quickly to get the gist, knowing that I'll reread it several times. Matt's writing has that kind of effect on me. His original Campaign Blasting Guide molded my entire AdWords career, and what bloomed from that eventually led to running my own membership.
It's all about establishing authority in your niche, he shows you how to determine the niche you want to be the authority in, and then the steps to achieve that in the several ways.
I like inspirational and memorable quotes, I picked up a couple in my first scan through the book. One was "Surround yourself with others that know more than you do", which I've heard said different ways. How true.
The other one completely shattered my old belief in the maxim: Content is king. Matt says otherwise. So maybe content is only a prince.

I have just finished reading it, and boy I can say that I love this book and will print and read this several times to have "my head in the right direction"!
Had I read this book before I started my Internet Marketing bussiness I would have start Internet Marketing, especially Forum Marketing differently!
I would have start with the right mind set. The AUTHORITY mind set!
Lucky me I got this at the right time at the right moment. A time where I just start selling my own product online.
Now I know how to build the right authority in front of my list.

Matt, it's probably your best product yet. It's got me really fired up about my business again. So much so that I've spent nearly 4 hours researching niches and it just flew by.
Though the biggest take away for me is "if you think you can, you can".
For example instead of going I'm never going to be able to afford the seminar, it's how can I get the money.
Just that simple change in attitude and already I have a way of paying for the ticket via an affiliate contest which yesterday I wouldn't even have entered.

Matt's guidelines for choosing a niche confirmed I had made the right choice. To my surprise, it was easy to see how to position myself as an authority in my niche.
His encouragement to "focus and have a long term attitude" actually turned out to be relaxing, as I realized I have enough things to say about my topic that I can easily write and make videos for months! So no need to feel pressure to go chasing after other niches before I've done my best with this one.
